Hard work
Air conditioning doesn’t work properly in two of the rooms and they are exceptionally hot and uncomfortable.
Told the staff would be taking Sunday and the public holiday off - despite it being advertised as fully staffed. Had to reach out to the property manager to ensure the staff were there and we were getting what we paid for.
Upon check out the staff accused us of losing the door keys - keys were in the door. They simply hadn’t bothered to check.
Wooden decking is rotting and collapsing. Someone will get injured. Just a case of when.
We are frequent visitors to Bali and familiar with the villa set up in Seminyak. For the price - this villa was just hard work.
It wasn’t the relaxing experience one hopes for when staying at a villa. The owners need to put some money into its upkeep and some focus into ensuring what they say you get for the price is what you get.
There are better villas and villa experiences for less $$ elsewhere. It’s a shame as the property is beautiful.
