This Cape is available weekly or weekends for the months of April, May June—Month of September 9 , 2025 through November located on Beach Lane right before the Bridge to get to Private Rogers Beach, seconds to Dune Road and minutes to Main Street. The house has unobstructed westerly views, this house enjoys amazing sunsets over an enormous pristine marsh each evening. Intimate patio is perfect
for summer dining or just enjoying a beverage after a day at the beach. The village of Westhampton Beach is about a 15 minute walk or short bike ride away. Village ocean beach is not even a five minute walk, has lifeguards, showers, pavilion and food service, you can also take adavantage of the Town OfSouthampton Beaches as well. For the boat owners this house has 127 feet of canal front with bulkhead, water, electric. This house also offers a spacious living room with flat screen smart TV, fireplace and and plenty of seating. Open layout eat in kitchen which is full equipped and has a large farm table that seats 8. Pet friendly :) washer , dryer, dishwasher. 5 bedrooms: three full beds, one queen, and four twins (please refer to pictures for layout). Linens provided. Call with any questions you might have.

Great spot for our needs in a great location.

Owner had everything ready for us and the house was perfect for our trip to the US Open. Plenty of room for us to spread out, great outdoor space too, huge yard that butts up against a small channel from the bay. Two minute walk from the beach, a great long weekend visit for us!!!

Great Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay at this Westhampton Beach house. Everything was even better looking in person - including the amazing backyard. Check-in process was easy and communication was great throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house in prime location!

Fabulous choice for a weekend getaway. House was perfect-comfort ale, cozy and plenty of space for our group of 5 women. Wonderful location to get out and explore or just enjoy the beautiful yard. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The location and ease of access to beach, restaurants, and center of town is just perfect at this property. House is cozy and comfortable. The backyard is incredibly spacious, offering some beautiful views of the surrounding neighborhood and some wild sunsets. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Family wedding weekend

Beautiful house and location!

Charming, wonderful house

PERFECT BEACH RENTAL!

This house was perfect! Pictures don't do it justice and the inside is much bigger than pictures make it look. Comfortably slept 12 people and everyone had a bed!The backyard was beautiful and the perfect place to unwind and relax. Everything was very clean and have no complaints whatsoever. Within minutes from everything (town and beach) and very easy to get to. Would highly suggest this rental and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Weekend at the Beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Beach home! Beautiful property, easy 5 min walk over the bridge to a wonderful spacious beach with plenty of room to stretch out and relax! There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Fran was a wonderful host from booking to checkout! Very friendly, accommodating, responsive and informative. The home is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was a perfect home in an ideal location for all ages! Thank you so much Fran, we will surely be back!

Great Week-end Getaway Hampton House

We stayed at this property for a wedding we were attending in Westhampton. The house was very clean and met all our needs for a nice weekend stay. There was plenty of room for the group, including 2 babies. Loved that it was so close to Dune Road so we didn't need to travel far. Sheets and towels were supplied (and on the bed which is a nice bonus) as well as a well stocked pantry for little things like paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. Weather was breezy so it really felt nice having the crisp ocean air blowing through all the windows! Owner was quick to communicate and made the process very easy!

Wonderful Westhampton beach house

We had a wonderful month staying here. First, the owner was very responsive, kind, lovely and helpful from beginning to end with every aspect of our stay (beach access, local suggestions etc.) The location is magical -- you are a short walk to an amazing beach and a quick bike or drive into town for ice cream. We also found other great amenities nearby like tennis and mini golf. The backyard faces onto a very pretty canal that is perfect to dock a boat at, go kayaking from and it's a glorious view for outdoor meals. The home is very spacious and well-set up for a group. We had four children in our party and greatly appreciated the ample space in the front and back of the house to play baseball, fly kites and run around. Overall, our stay was excellent and memorable in so many ways and I can't recommend this beach home and its owner highly enough.

Great Vacation Rental!

Rented the property with some friends and family, in total 12 of us. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs, great private location right off dune road and close to the village. We spent some time at a farmers market in the village on Saturday morning, bought fresh seafood and produce for the bbq. The backyard is great for entertaining and very private. Fran was fantastic with hosting us, answering any questions we had, and staying in touch leading up to the weekend we rented the property. The house was clean and set up with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and will definitely consider renting this property again, everyone in the group had a fantastic time. Thank you to Fran for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful piece of property in a great location.

A Gem in West Hampton

Spectacular Beach House!

From beginning to end everything was just perfect! Fran the host was lovely and super accommodating! The house was sparkling clean, well kept and stocked with all the essentials! All we had to do was bring clothes, food and drinks! Five minute walk to the beach, very close to town, and the views are beautiful! I would recommend this house over and over, we had a wonderful weekend and would love to rent it again!
