What makes this property unique
A bright and open living area features original shiplap and stucco walls, amazing hand hewn beam construction, vaulted ceilings with a skylight view of the Monument, and a decorative fireplace designed and built by local artist Conrad Malicoat. For rainy days or pre-party entertainment, there is a Bluetooth sound bar and large flat screen TV.
Each comfortably sized bedroom has a queen Casper mattress, separate mini split air conditioning and heating, individual LED reading lights, soft cotton bedding and wifi connected TV’s. Both closets offer plenty of space for a weeks worth of outfit choices for the Tea Dance at the Boatslip, drinks at The Patio, or a wonderful ocean side dinner.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the quaint deck with charming views and sounds of the hidden neighborhood. It’s also worth noting there is a hint of an ocean view ( if you lean over the railing on a clear day). It’s not much but it is visible. You can also escape to the private lower garden patio with seating for four if you need a larger place for relaxation and refreshments. It’s the perfect spot for a light breakfast or lunch after a day at the beach. We love the fact that you can still hear the action on Commercial Street and enjoy your own space at the same time.
Summer rentals June through August are 7 night minimum stay ( Sunday arrival after 4:00pm and Sunday departure before 11:00am). The remainder of the year rentals are typically a minimum of 2 nights, with a check out before 11:00am. If you have a request, or see availability other than these windows, please inquire and we will try to accommodate.
Please Note: As of July 1, 2019 the state of Massachusetts requires short term rental tax of 14.45% broken down as follows: State 5.7% and Local 8.7%. VRBO will levy this tax and remit it to the state on your behalf. Rental Permit #: BOH-21-666
