About this property
Luxury Stay-Music Row Retreat-7 Mins to Broadway
Summary:
Discover the ultimate Nashville getaway in this modern 3-bedroom home, perfectly located just 7 minutes from Broadway. Designed for large groups, this stylish retreat offers spacious living areas, a big driveway, and top-tier amenities for a seamless stay. Whether you're here to explore the vibrant music scene or unwind in comfort, this sleek and luxurious home provides the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience for an unforgettable stay.
The Space:
Step into our charming 3-bedroom home which was beautifully designed by a local designer to exude a trendy Nashville ambiance while ensuring ample entertainment space and all the comforts of home. Thoughtfully arranged living areas invite you to unwind, relax, and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere!
Guest Access:
There is a wide driveway in the front that is all yours and can accommodate up to 4 cars. We live in a friendly and tucked away neighborhood, minutes from downtown, but with very little "city noise". There are lots of young families and elderly neighbors who we love to have as our neighbors and hope you will too during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The beautiful country music city of Nashville has a lot to offer but The Gulch, Edgehill, and 12 South Neighborhoods are by far my favorite neighborhoods. You can find many restaurants, stunning street art murals, and many things to do here.
You can walk to both the Gulch and Edgehill from our place.
Walk to the Gulch Directions:
Head north on 15th Ave toward South St.
Turn right onto South St.
Turn left on 12th st.
You reach the bridge – you are in the Gulch!
Walk to Edgehill Directions:
Head south on 15th Ave toward Grand Ave.
Turn right onto Tremont Ave.
Turn left onto Villa Place.
At Edgehill Ave you have reached Edgehill Village.
12 South
Great shops and restaurants and a nice park to walk your dogs or bring your kids for some playtime. I usually drive here but it is a nice workout if you want a nice long walk. About 1.5 miles (30-minute walk)
Walk or Drive to 12 South Directions:
South on 12th St.
Sevier Park – 12 South (2 miles from the house)
3021 Lealand Av, Nashville TN 37204
A tranquil spot with trees, lawns & a creek, plus a walking path, community center & historic house
Another one of my favorite things to do is walk around Centennial Park. Again, you can walk here from the house but I usually drive there and just walk around the park with my dogs. It is a good 30-minute walk from the house. About 1.2 miles.
Centennial Park
2500 W End Ave, Nashville, TN, USA
Like New York’s Central Park and San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, the lush green landscape of Nashville’s Centennial Park provides a welcome refuge from congestion, crowds, and bustling city life. The most notable, and possibly most out-of-place, feature of Centennial Park is its impressive Parthenon replica.
Nashville’s Centennial Park hosts all kinds of community events, including outdoor movie screenings, concerts, festivals, swing dancing nights, and Shakespeare performances. Active visitors enjoy outdoor activities, while families feed the ducks in the lake, grab a snow cone, and explore the Parthenon replica, which commemorates Nashville’s reputation as the “Athens of the South,” a nickname given to the city because of its many universities and flourishing arts scene.
Travelers can visit Centennial Park on a walking tour of Nashville, and hop-on hop-off buses stop here, among other Music City sights.
Music Row is just a 5–10-minute walk from the house.
Music Row
16th/17th Ave. South - Division Street and Music Square, Nashville, Tennessee, USA
No trip to Nashville is complete without a visit to Music Row. This is the home of the country music industry, with a slew of record labels, radio stations, and recording studios working side-by-side. There are also live venues on or near Music Row, to check out established artists as well as up-and-comers looking to break through.
If you walk over to Music Row, walk down Division St where you have a bunch of restaurants and bars. Losers Bar & Grill is a very popular spot and always nice people.
1911 Division St. Nashville, TN 37203
Another place that’s a must-visit when you are in Nashville is Tin roof on Demonbreun. You can walk to Tin roof from our house. It is 0.5 miles. Head north on 15th Ave S. Turn left on South St.
Turn right on Music Square E. At Buddy Killen Cir. Take the 4th exit onto Demonbreun St.
1516 Demonbreun St, Nashville, TN 37203

Broadway is 1.5 miles from the house.
A 30 min walk or a quick 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride.
Other Things to Note:
We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!
Interaction with Guests:
We will provide the code for guests to enter the unit.
