Great 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom apartment with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony apartment. There is a lift in the building and a garage.

The flat has five bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen. It consists of 2 flats located on the same floor next to each other. One of the living rooms is used as a bedroom. The bedrooms are large with full of light and almost all are ensuite. There are two double sofa beds in the living room and they are spaced so everyone can be comfortable. There is also a very large kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances.

The house is located right in the centre of Prague only 10 minutes walk from the famous Charles Bridge and 5 minutes walk from the National Theatre. The Wenceslals Square and the Old Town Square are also walking distance.

There is a guarded garage located in the building which is available only for the building guests. If you are interested to park your car please let me know in advance. There are only 4 parking lots and if occupied I can't confirm the place for you but you can park your car in a close garage. Thanks for understanding.

Apartments were great for our group of 10. The location was excellent allowing us to walk easily around the town or reach a tram. They were clean and quiet. I hope to return to Prague again and will definitely book here!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Prague with a group. The space is large and welcoming. The apartment itself is well appointed with modern appliances. The location is terrific and tram and other public transportation is easily accessed. Other reviews commented on noise in common spaces, but seemed to me to be normal for apartment living. Check in and out was easy and host was very communicative. Thank you for helping make our holiday in Prague seamless.

Wonderful home in Prague
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Prague and much of our positive time came from the location and clean apartment. We have nothing but good things to share about this place and cannot wait for our next visit. Accessing the apartment was simple and our hosts graciously cleaned the apartment mid way through our stay.

Roomy and clean
Nicely updated, modern apartments. There are two full apartments next to each other with plenty of room and lots of extra bathrooms. Location is really good and parking in a garage is available at an extra charge if requested in advance. Beds are not the most comfortable, but they were adequate. within short walking distance to Charles Bridge, other old town attractions and many restaurants and convenience stores. Definitely watch the video they provide for getting access to keys, it's very helpful.

Prague vacation
At first we were disappointed that we weren’t in Old Town. After seeing the mobs of people down there, it was a breath of fresh air! Quiet neighborhood easily accessible to numerous restaurants and shops. The one negative is the showers are slippery, but we remedied the situation with towels on the shower floor. The owner is extremely timely with questions and concerns. Had a great stay and enjoyed every day in Prague 1. Would recommend staying here.

Fabulous location and value!
This double apartment was perfect for us! We went to Prague to attend our best friend’s wedding, with the groom, his teenage son, and another great friend. Despite the variety of great hotels in the area, we really wanted a place where we could relax, cook for ourselves if desired, and host a couple of pre-wedding get togethers. When we arrived in Prague, the driver whom we had arranged through the website was waiting for us outside, and brought us quickly through the beautiful city to the apartment, pointing out sights along the way. He gave us his number so we could arrange return transport to the airport, which we used for every member of our party. We were early and the cleaners were still there. They were lovely, and let us sit down while they finished their work very thoroughly. One of the first times that I haven’t had to reclean a rental! The apartment itself is large and comfortable. Four bedrooms between the two apartments, and well stocked with plates, cutlery, etc. The only thing missing was espresso cups, which was a small problem because none of the cups or glasses fit under the espresso spout. We ended up buying souvenir ones, which worked well. The location is outstanding. Very close to everything “touristy” in Prague. The river is only a block away, and public transport was easy and seamless. I had to call the rental office once when I messed up how to open the safe, and Lenka was wonderful. After having emailed Romana, Tomas, and Lenka multiple times with questions, I knew they were professional and responsive, but they were also very nice to a tired old lady. Lots of great restaurants in Prague, we ended up eating out every day. There is an Indian restaurant- Kathmandu - just next door, and it is great! Highly recommend it. Every place we went had great food, and there was a huge selection of cuisines. Our last evening, we had dinner on the Matilda, one of the boats tied up near us on the river. It was also fabulous. When we return to Prague, we will definitely stay here! I would love to explore the city a bit more, it is beautiful and there are so many things to do. And this apartment is the perfect place to do it from!

Quality Apartment in a Quality Area
The apartment was clean, modern, extremely well equipped (showers were amazing) and in a fantastic location close to the attractions and shops of Prague, yet tucked away in a quiet street. Romana was fantastic and made the trip a success with all queries dealt with immediately! I would highly recommend this apartment (and the city) to anyone as myself and my family enjoyed an amazing Christmas is the Czech capital!

Très beaux appartements idéalement situés dans Prague
Très beaux appartements idéalement situés dans Prague. Nous étions un groupe d'amis de 7 personnes nous avions donc loué 2 appartements sur le même palier. Ces locations sont très modernes et d'une propreté irréprochable. Néanmoins il y a eu quelques petits désagréments : les télévisions toutes neuves n'étaient pas encore paramètrées. Concernant la cuisine Il manquait un égouttoir pour les aliments (pâtes, riz, etc...), des plats allant au four ( un micro-ondes serait pas de trop), une cafetière électrique car un percolateur qui fonctionne mal pour 7 c'est pas l'idéal et en plus sans tasses adaptées. Autre chose le sol des salles de bains mouillé est une vrai patinoire des tapis anti-dérapants seraient utiles. Hormis cela nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Vacation in Prague
The property was an ideal location: near old town and all the "tourist" places. We had enough room for all four couples. Some folks in our group were disappointed that the balcony shown in the on-line photograghs was not part of our arrangement. Also we were not aware that one of the bathrooms had a shower that sprayed the entire room. All in all we had a grand time.
