Hale Nalu is our beautiful luxury Beach Villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu! Our fully equipped central AC 4th floor villa located in the Beach Tower at the gorgeous Beach Villas, unit #406. It’s situated on Lagoon 2. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our home that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 2 Bedrooms (sleeps maximum 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths with over 1200 square feet of living space. Stunning ocean and mountain views await you every day as you sit on the lanai. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with new comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a new LG full size stack washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, NEW Wood flooring in the bedrooms, honed granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The new furnishings, WIFI high speed internet, DVD player, board games, large flat screen smartTV's in every room and other high-end amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. The Master bedroom is furnished with king bed, matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower which is handicap accessible with grab bars and roll in capabilities along with a full walk-in closet with organizers. Both bathrooms come with grab bars around the toilet facilities as well. The secondary master is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon requests, full dresser and closet, along with nightstand, its own large bathroom with exquisite features and deep soaking tub/shower. The glass top dining room table seats 6 comfortably plus there is a bar with 4 high back barstools. The Living room has a king sleeper sofa, 2 sitting chairs along with a coffee table that turns into a twin bed. The villas décor is island themed with vibrant colors & local flair.

RENTAL RATES: Our rental rates are as published. Taxes, resort fee, and cleaning fee(s) are extra. No credit card processing fees. Stays longer than 10 nights require mid-stay linen exchange and housekeeping ($195). Check-in at 2pm and check-out at 10am but we are willing to work with you on any special requests you may have. PAYMENT TERMS: 50% of total is due upon booking; remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in, but can work with your specific needs.
