The price listed is for full access to the main house which sleeps up to 12 guests. The House has three King beds, one Queen bed, one full bed and a set of bunk beds. The cleaning fee for the house is $600 per stay.
If you have between 12 and 20 guests, you can add on the Casita which sleeps up to an additional 8 guests. The casita has one Queen bed, one Full bed, one pull out Sofa and a set of bunk beds. The Casita is currently $456 per night. The cleaning fee for the Casita is $150 per stay.
If you have between 21 and 24 guests, you can add on the Apartment which sleeps up to an additional 4 guests. The Apartment has two Queen beds. The Apartment currently rents for $234 per night. The cleaning fee for the Apartment is $100 per stay.
There will be a daily fee to heat the pool if desired during the colder months. The price will depend on the current market price of propane and usage amount.

There is not another property like this one. This is a true Oasis in the desert. Nestled in the middle of five acres of privacy, this custom-built home has all the amenities of a resort including amazing views, pool with waterfall, hot tub, grotto and built in slide. Play on the volleyball court, football field, putting green, horseshoe pit, outdoor pool table, basketball hoop and more. Lounge and entertain amongst the comfortable patio furnishings, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and more! You will feel like you are in the middle of the desert but it's only minutes from the 101 Freeway, many restaurants and shopping. It's only 15 minutes to Scottsdale. Not only will you enjoy great views and a relaxing atmosphere, we are adjacent to Cave Butt Preserve which is known for its natural desert beauty and excellent hiking & biking trails.
