Absolutely no house parties. We love our home and want to be able to share it with others. We live in a quiet neighborhood where residents value security and privacy. Our neighbors have been instructed to call security or police if they notice any type of excessively loud or potentially disturbing events.

NO SMOKING / VAPING POLICY:
We have a strict no smoking / vaping indoors policy. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside but you must throw away cigarette or cigar butts in a trash can. Evidence of smoking inside will incur a minimum of $500 smoke remediation fee.

NO PETS POLICY:
Our home does not allow pets. We’re dog lovers but not everyone likes or can be around pet dander. Evidence of pets will incur a minimum of $500 fee plus costs for cleaning or repair.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
No more than 7 guests are allowed in this house.

QUIET HOURS
Our neighbors appreciate a peaceful environment. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm on weeknights and 12 midnight on weekends.
