Brand new 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom luxury condo located one block from the beach. Unit will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and large closet area. Spacious living area features a 60" TV, pull-out sofa, kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new appliances, and lovely dining area. Common outdoor area has comfortably seating and features beautiful views of the Hampton River and marina. One block to beautiful Hampton beach and all of the charm of the unique beach town.

Hampton Beach is a premier resort destination in the northeast, recently voted as having one of the Top 10 Best Beach Boardwalks in America by USA Today. Hampton Beach features a variety of activities for all ages including shopping, restaurants, arcades, mini-golf, fireworks, water activities, and more. The unit is located a short distance from the unique beach towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH. Fall get away

Great escape!

Perfect place to get away! Everything was great - the condo, the parking, proximity to beach. Great communication with owner as well! We didn't have perfect weather, but we made the best of it.

Perfect beach stay!

Comfortable, well appointed condo a block away from the beach! The condo had everything we needed. Nice sized windows made it bright and airy. We enjoyed the enclosed shared patio and view of the estuary.

This was a great VRBO. It was so clean and everything seemed new. It was two blocks from the beach. It was very spacious,good storage and had several items for the beach. It was well stocked with everything you needed.

We chose this location because it was in between all the places we wanted to visit from Maine to Massachusetts and it did not disappoint! The set up of the apartment was perfect for our family of three. The place was nice and clean! Everything we needed was already there. We would love to Come back another time!

Brand new condo, all the comforts of home! Perfectly located, a block from the boardwalk with dedicated garage parking! An elevator!! A beautiful, large shared terrace with sunset views over the bay.

Condo is extremely clean and very comfortable. Excellent location. Plenty of soap, towels, toilet paper, etc. I asked Jenny a few questions and she replied right away. I would highly recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

Love this unit!

We have been vacationing at Hampton Beach for over 20 years. Our stay this year was one of the best partly due to our accommodations. Jenny's unit was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. The furniture was comfortable and the decor relaxing. When we had a question, she responded immediately. We highly recommend Jenny's spot!

Love the unit and location

Love this complex this is our 4th staying in the complex first time in this unit. This unit was fully equipt with everything plus some. If I had to find a negative it would be no key pad for entry like other units in complex so I was aways worried I would lose the key. Thanks.
