On a slice of Pawleys running 300 feet deep, this low-rise beach front home on the north end boasts a private laid-back setting nestled comfortably between rolling sand dunes and a cedar cove.
Two screened porches provide essential outdoor living. The farm-table eating porch adjacent to the kitchen is perfectly situated to enjoy sunset suppers within the embrace of a stately live oak. The dunes-side porch has a rocking chair sitting area within the sound of the surf.
The short staircase to the first floor of this two-story home provides easy access to all the common areas, including the kitchen, sitting room and laundry area, plus two of four bedrooms and a full-size bathroom. On the second floor are two more bedrooms and a half bath. Be prepared to draw straws for the top-floor bedroom with spectacular ocean view!
Additional features include an outdoor shower, beach chairs, shaded parking betwixt and between the cedars, and private path to the beach.

Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
