Beautiful House,4 peoples,2 rooms, air-conditioned, 2 swimming pools , garage
beautiful house with a surface area of 100 m² in a closed and quiet residence. Two communal pool. Large green spaces. 20 minutes from the beach on foot (5 minutes by car).
Quiet house between Albufeira (lively city), Villamoura (with amazing golf course) and l’Algrave Shopping (with little shop, supermarket and restaurant zone). You are in Algrave’s center, which makes the south of Portugal easy to reach.
If the rental is for 7 days, it must start from Saturday .
Security deposit of €200 per stay is not included. To be given the first day to the person who realize the check-in in cash (returned at the end of the stay if no breakage).
Triplex house for 4 peoples , with full air-conditioned :
Closed garage in the basement with direct access to the ground floor :
- bright living room (bay window) with satellite TV, convertible sofa (140*190), dining room.
- WIFI (prepayed card)

- Full equiped kitchen : oven, micro-wave, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker …
An outside terrace adjoining the kitchen with garden furniture, barbecue and a green space opened on the co-ownership

- a master suite with large bay window, king size bed 160*200 adjoining a bathroom with a shower and WC, and a large terrace
