The space
This entire split level, high vaulted wood beam ceiling Mid-Century Modern home has new poured terrazzo throughout, including all steps, as well as the entire digitally controlled primary shower, which boasts steam, sound and full color range LED lighting. The shimmering dark bottom salt water pool is equipped with full color range LED lighting, as is the hydrotherapy spa. There is an outdoor dining area with warm, scheduled LED lights hovering above along with a bbq and lounge area with a fire pit at the center.
All interior lighting can be controlled through Siri Voice command, each room has Apple TV and the latest Sonos speakers. This architectural home offers the rejuvenating amenities of a world class spa, the interior and bedding of a luxury hotel, the tranquility of a mountain cabin and arguably the best city in the world in your view and under your feet. THE LIVING AREA- 2 Living rooms
The soft and spacious family room is sunken off the front entryway with floor to ceiling windows welcoming the city view and expanded by the gigantic full wall mirror. The fireplace is remote control and changes the entire atmosphere with the press of a button.
Invite calmness into yourself by unwinding with a good book, watching a movie, or simply catching your breath after an adventurous filled day. Your comfort and safety are on the very top of our list and the living room with the cushy cushions, center table, table lamp, TV… were specially handpicked with you in mind.
The second living area next to the swimming pool offers a chaise lounge sofa, Eames Lounge, full Sonos surround system and a 65" immersive Sony television.


THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Guess who’s not going to be hit by a door while carrying plates of food? Guess who’s not going to have to juggle or stress, carrying food for more than 5 seconds? Guess who’s not going to need a third invisible hand to open the door while carrying plates of food? YOU! There is a dining room which seats six and a buffet table. The fully equipped chef's kitchen is adorned by authentic Pedini Italian cabinetry, world class JennAir/Meile appliances including an induction cooktop, oven and convection/standard microwave oven. The interior cabinets house a blender, coffee machine, chef's knives, etc. The kitchen island grounds the home and has a Meila dishwasher, touch Brizo faucet, slot for cutting board/drying rack and a counter area which is surrounded by four custom luxury barstools. Become the gourmet chef you fantasied about and enjoy the granite counters and stainless steel.

THE BEDROOM: 3 BEDROOMS
Each bedroom boasts of Somfy motorized shades with channels built into the walls blocking all light and offering a true blackout sleeping experience. The primary bedroom has generous and incredible Custom Comfort mattress held on a custom designed bed, a retractable LG OLED tv in the custom cabinet closet, a large stone soaking tub and breathtaking city/studio views which are serene in the daytime and dazzling at night. The second bedroom offers a brand new stylish Queen bed with floating nightstands, exceptional modern lighting and a 65" Sony 4k Television. The room looks incredible and has an extra air mattress available in closet. The third bedroom/office serves dual purposes as an executive hq or an exquisite bedroom with a 90 second convertible queen size Murphy Bed, offering elevated view of swimming pool and vistas. Lumpy mattresses, lumpy pillows, torn blankets, window blinds that can’t block the light… Fortunately, those words are foreign to us, we provide you with the best of the best and your comfort is our watchword.

THE BATHROOM: 2 BATHS
Getting ready and freshening up is a breeze and an awe-worthy experience, in our well stocked bathrooms. Best part, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all organic.

We prioritize delivering top-notch service and amenities to ensure our guests feel at home during their stay. The apartment is furnished with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. Additionally, there’s free parking on premises, private pool, private washer and dryer, sonos Bluetooth sound system, private patio… and so many other convenient & essential amenities.

- Check-in time is at 4:00pm
- Check-out time is at 11:00am
- Parties or noisy activities are not allowed.
- Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Please refrain from staining them with food, grease, or any other substances. Avoid using towels to clean up any mess.
- We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind, so please remember to check before checking out.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

PETS NOT ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy, but unfortunately, they are not permitted on the property.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home!

USE THE APPLIANCES PROPERLY
Please use the appliances with proper care and caution to avoid damage and malfunctions. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Subject to the cost of the damaged item and/or repair will be withdrawn from the security deposit

- Please respect the noise curfew; 10pm-7am.
- Please do your dishes.
- Please take the trash out, turn the lights off and gather used towels, before you leave
- No illegal substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.
