First thing you will see when you walk through the door is an open space with living and kitchen area with views to the private fresh water beach and lake. One thing that will not go unnoticed is the modern decoration that makes this place unique. Each one of the spaces in the condo was thoughtfully decorated to look elegant and to provide comfort.

LIVING/KITCHEN AREA
The living room opens up to a spacious terrace with slide in glass doors. You will decide if you want to open them up to enjoy the coastal fresh breeze, or simply keep them closed and set up the A/C to your desired temperature. In this space you have a cool looking dinning table with seats for 6 people.

If you don't want to miss your favorite TV show or movie while on vacations, you can all sit down on the couch and reclinable teak chairs and watch it on the Smart 52" TV.

The mother kitchen is fully equipped, and comes with:

- Fresh Costa Rican coffee.
- Full fridge and freezer.
- Blender.
- Oven and stove top.
- Toaster
- Cutting boards and a set of sharp knives.
- Microwave.
- Wine glasses, beer glasses, cups and coffee mugs.
- Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils.
- Reusable containers.
- Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper.

While preparing meals, you can gather, and sit on the 4 bar stools, enjoying your favorite drink or appetizers and accompanying the chef.

TERRACE

Outside, the covered terrace offers an open kitchen space where you can prepare meals, set up the drinks and mixers and enjoy preparing your favor cocktails. There is a sitting area with a tick table for 4 and a comfortable built-in sofa.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Walking up the stairs, you access the 3 different bedrooms. The first bedroom is to your left, with views to common areas and the other two, to the right, face the lake and rainforest views. Both bedrooms share a small terrace with a teak table, perfect to sit and unwind. Simply sit and enjoy the views to the lake, read a book, taste a drink or have a meal sitting in this little private space.

All 3 bedrooms have A/C Mini-Split Units, Closets, Hotel Quality Mattresses, Cotton Linen and Blackout Curtains.

The master bedroom has an attached bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom located next to bedroom 1. In each bathroom you will find bath towels, wash cloths and essentials such as hand and body soap, shampoo and conditioner.

There is one half bath in the first floor and an outside shower as well.

OFFICE SPACE
Whether you come to relax or if you need to work while on your vacation, the house has an area with a dedicated working space. A comfortable chair and a wooden fixed desk provides the perfect ambience to concentrate while working. Next to the desk, there is a chair in a corner space where you can also sit and just relax reading your favorite book.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The house comes equipped with a washer and dryer tower that you could use to do your laundry while on vacations. Available as well is a drying rack in case you want to air dry your cloths.

OUTDOOR AREA
The Místico community is full of nature and designed to allow you and your family to enjoy breathtaking rainforest areas, the different lakes and the beach that you can access on a short drive from where you will be staying. The outdoor area has a private pool and direct lake access, with its own private fresh water beach for exclusive use by residents of the Barca condo development.
