- The property requires a damage deposit of $200/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of $39/night/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.
