**Before you rent this property, you need to know that management is NOT responsive when you have an after-hours emergency.**Upon arrival, we checked in at 10:30pm. We went to our room, dropped our bags & discovered the toilet was clogged. We called the front desk who provided us with an emergency number for the management company. We were told to call & "we might get a call back tonight but that the management company is not dependable". (The unit is privately owned so Signature management won't help you with emergencies.) After calling this emergency number twice & waiting a couple of hours, we still did not receive a response. It was now about 1am. I also messaged Matthew who I'd communicated with several times via VRBO & no response. The next morning he finally got back with me & never acknowledged that the toilet was an emergency. (Considering it's the only toilet in the unit I believe it's an emergency & I think most folks would agree.) Matthew said he'd send someone over. Also? The fridge was not cooling. Both issues were resolved later that day. Last night the toilet stopped up again. We saw a housekeeper & asked for a plunger. She didn't have one available but did tell us the management company we leased through is not responsive to after-hours emergencies. We had a great time on our Vegas vacation & we will return but I will not lease through this company again. The Signature itself is a nice place with great amenities & it's connected to The Grand.
