Set in the center of a coastal National Historic District, this 1880 Stick-Style home faces the New Haven Harbor!

This is a three bedroom home filled with a collection of original and unique art.

Two of the bedrooms host queen sized beds while the middle bedroom has been converted to a work-from home space with the option for additional sleeping on a futon.

The home's main bathroom has a clawfoot tub as well as a heated seat / bidet toilet.

Please note that the only is on the second floor and is within a clawfoot tub.
