Welcome to our thoughtfully designed one-bedroom flat, overlooking a beautiful Japanese garden. With a blend of mid-century modern and Japanese-inspired aesthetics, the space is designed for those who appreciate attention to detail. Neutral tones and unique decor elements create a warm and inviting atmosphere. While the home offers a peaceful view, please note that a family lives upstairs, so there may be occasional noise.
1. Check in is typically at 3PM, and Checkout is at 11AM, unless agreed upon with prior notice.
2. If you’d like to invite additional guests or bring pets, please let me know in advance so I can help make proper arrangements. For everyone’s comfort and safety. All visitors count as guests to compensate for cleaning resources.
3. In consideration of the neighbors, events and gatherings are not permitted, unless explicitly agreed upon.
4. Smoking is not permitted in the premises.
5. Quiet hours start at 10PM, ending at 8AM to respect our neighbors.
