This neighborhood has a meaninful sentimental value to me; This was my first house when I came into Texas! So, it is very special to my family.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you enter this house you feel it is not just another short term rental property, it truly feels like home! One of the things I love the most about it is the convenience of the location. It is right in the pocket of I35W and I20 and you can literally walk to most famous restaurants and stores like Mcdonalds, Burger King, Jack, Whataburger just to name a few, there's also Texas Road House, Spring Creek BBQ, El Fenix Mexican Restaurant, Chipotle and the list goes on, there are just too many. Home Depot and Walmart are both with 5 minutes drive, downtown Fort Worth is 15 minutes drive as well.
