Private entrance at the second (top) floor of the 1940's Mediterranean style home. Beautiful and conveniently located at the back of the property on a quiet one block long street, it's nestled between Rockridge & trendy Temescal. It's conveniently close to College Ave, great shopping, many wonderful restaurants & easy freeway access! It features a lush shared courtyard for relaxing, with a lighted path and bistro string lights. Unit was newly listed, but I've been a highly rated host for 7 years.
