Enjoy high-speed internet, air conditioning throughout, and 24-hour security, ensuring a worry-free stay. The extended, fully covered upper level balcony/patio and lower level patio are ideal spots to unwind, entertain, and take in the stunning sunsets. The upper level balcony features a gas grill, dining table for 8, and comfortable lounge chairs — all with stunning views of the lush jungle canopy and sparkling ocean.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal, including a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, blender, and a full set of dishes and cooking utensils.

Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished with dressers, nightstands, wardrobes, and mirrors, and extra blankets are provided for added comfort. King beds come with optional pillow tops to allow you to customize your sleeping experience.

The house is divided into two levels, each with its own entrance connected by an external, but fully covered staircase. The upper level features two bedrooms (1 king, 2 twins), a bathroom with an oversized shower, washer/dryer, kitchen with island seating, a living room, and a dining area on the extended patio. The lower level also includes two bedrooms (1 king, 2 twins), a bathroom with an oversized shower, wet bar with a coffee maker, mini fridge, and another living area with an extended patio.

Although the property is just 1.8 kilometers from the ocean as the parrot flies (a 10-12 minute drive), you’ll find peace and quiet in this secluded location with the soothing sounds of nature surrounding you. A community pool is just a two-minute drive (or a leisurely walk through the ranch) away. Groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants are within 10 minutes and a neighborhood convenience store is much closer.
