Discover this 5-bedroom gem in Hiawassee. Great for large families. This beautiful 2 level home offers a peaceful retreat for guests, with 2 full kitchens, 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed and washer and dryer to accommodate everyone comfortably. Enjoy lakefront access with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Lake Chatuge with an indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. With a nearby marina, guests can choose to rent boats or jet skis for fun on the lake (we hope to have a dock on the property by early 2026). Enjoy plenty of local eateries and restaurants. Blue Ridge or Helen, GA are only 45 minutes away with lots of fun awaits in either direction. Get a light workout in, or play pool, ping pong or air hockey on our multi-function table at your leisure. Enjoy nearby Pickleball courts and when it's time to unwind enjoy 2 family rooms with large TVs and TVs in all bedrooms. High-speed WiFi AC included. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Note to guests: surveillance devices are in use on all exterior areas/corners/front/back of the property for security purposes only. Only owners have access to the data and surveillance data is deleted when no longer needed. Your privacy and security are very important to us.

Why they chose this property
We have been regulars in Hiawassee for over 20 years and love the small town feel and wonderful hospitality. So many things to do and places to explore and so easy to fall in love with. The lake is the icing on the cake with a wide range of water sports and activities and most importantly plenty of local eateries. We hope you love it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
Located right on lake Chatuge with wide water and mountain views. Pull a boat or jet ski up to our shore, enjoy our BBQ and fire pit and some of the most amazing mountain and lake views in Georgia.
