Relax with the whole family at our peaceful home with a heated saltwater pool. Fully private on a quiet canal. Hangout on the dock and watch the wildlife all around you in our quiet private back yard. Our house is 12 minutes to Manasota Key Beaches and Englewood Beaches, 20 minutes to Boca Grande, 3 minutes to a beautiful golf course, 20 minutes to warm mineral springs, and 30 minutes to Punta Gorda. NO PETS ALLOWED NOT EVEN SERVICE ANIMALS. (Owner goes into anaphylaxis, deathly allergic to all animals) Experience Port Charlotte like a local in this 2-bedroom house. The bedrooms feature a king bed, full bed, twin bed, and murphy bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, you'll have everything you need. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer and shower. We think our place will help you experience everything Port Charlotte has to offer.
