You are a 4-5 minute walk from the white sand of Vanderbilt Beach. This beautifully decorated condo is waiting you to visit, relax, and use as a home while visiting Naples. Tastefully decorated master bedroom has a king-sized bed for quiet and secluded rest after the beach. 2nd BR has two twin beds(can be pushed together). Full sized second bath, full kitchen, cable, wi-fi, and all utilites included. The complex has two pools, hot tub, small gym, tennis courts/pickleball. 28 day minimum stay. All guests are registered and ID checked upon entry to the community by guards who are manning the gate 24/7.

About the host
Your host
We live in Naples full-time and enjoy the Florida beaches as often as we can. We enjoy being able to share this with visitors to our condo, however HOA requirements dictate a minimum stay of one month.
Why they chose this property
Beachwalk is a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, with full 24/7 security, registered guest identification community. We do not have an AirBnB-atmosphere because of the minimum stay requirement and the background checks that are part of the application process. If you want safe, secure, and quiet living practically adjacent to the beach, then Beachwalk is the perfect location.
What makes this property unique
Our condo is the closest building to the lockable privacy gate to Vanderbilt Beach Boulevard, which puts you just minutes away from the white sand beach on foot. We care about the appearance and condition of our offering.
