Adorei simplesmente td. Apto mega limpo/ organizado / tem tudo que precisamos Tudo fica super próximo deu para fazer tudo a pé: mercado/ padaria/ praia (1 quadra) e a noite bem próximo aos melhores locais noturnos - restaurantes/bares - do Canto do Forte, Em especial agradeço ao sr. João que foi um mega anfitrião mesmo! Solícito, ágil e sem burocracia. Me deixou super tranquila ainda mais nesse tempo de Covid. Excelente experiência. Recomendo

O apartamento é bem próximo a Praia, não sendo necessário o uso de carro. E acomoda bem 06 pessoas. O proprietário é bastante atencioso! Está sempre disponível. O legal também é a disponibilidade do uso de Wi-Fi no imóvel. A única coisa ruim é de não poder usar o ar condicionado no apartamento, mas os ventiladores de teto promovem uma boa ventilação; mas como sou muito "calorenta"; levei mais um ventilador de chão (já tem 01 ventilador de chão no imóvel ). Adoramos tudo!!! Foi uma ótima viagem!! Iremos voltar!!!😊😎

Eu e minha família locamos o apto do Sr.João agora do dia 06 ao dia 09/01 e adoramos, apto perto de tudo, praia, mercado, padaria, restaurantes, tudo conseguimos fazer a pé. O Sr.João muito atencioso nos prestou todo o atendimento necessário e isso fez toda a diferença. Foi dias muitos bons, só não tivemos muita sorte com o sol...mas pretendemos voltar!

Fiz a locação do dia 19 de dezembro até 02 de janeiro 2018 cheguei o box estourado apenas uma cortina de plástico o apartamento sujo as capas dos colchões fedendo cigarro poeira embaixo da cama a tv globo nao funciona e a garagem vc fica com seu carro preso sem poder sair os moradores levam a chave do veiculo e vc nao consegue ir embora nunca mais voltarei o proprietário ainda pediu para fazer faxina pois a faxineira dele viajou e vai entrar outros hospedes não venham para este lugar muito ruim

Excelente localização, tudo muito organizado no apto. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa!

Adoramos tudo na nossa estadia. O apto super aconchegante, área nobre, bem sossegado pertinho da praia e temos tudo ao redor, supermercado, padaria, farmácia, restaurante, e o mar...ah tudo muito bom. Simplesmente Fantástico. E o Sr João o proprietário uma pessoa íntegra, responsável e muito prestativo. Super recomendo...e espero voltar muito em breve!
