Lumber Jill Lodge is a charming motel nestled in Balsam Lake, WI. Room 12 offers a comfortable retreat after a day on the water or strolling through town. Whether you're casting a line, exploring local shops, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, this cozy stay provides the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Please note our rooms are being slowly changed (flooring, wallpaper and decor), so things might just look different when you arrive, but all listed amenities and things available in each room will stay the same!

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: This is a motel and you will be assigned one of our rooms with the same bed size and count as the listing. If you would like additional information or more pictures of a particular room, send us a message!

Guests will have access to Room 12 and the picnic tables + outdoor space at the side of Building 2.

Guests will have support via the Airbnb app and a phone number during their stay.

PARKING: If your group is bringing more than one vehicle we ask that you park in front of the room behind one another. If you are in Building 1 or 2, you will park near the front of your room. If you are in Building 3, you can park to the right of Building 2 near the steps going up OR in front of the lower rooms at Building 3 and you would walk up both sets of steps.

PETS: Please note we only allow pets in 2 rooms at this time. If you want to book something with a pet, please let us know.
Property Rules:

-Quiet hours are 10p to 8am
-No parties
-ALL people staying need to be listed on the reservation
-ALL people must be included in guest count (teens, children & infants )
-Guests will not tamper with any security cameras on the exterior of the property
-No smoking or drugs in the room. Smell remediation of any kind will result in a charge starting at $175
-Additional cleanings resulting from a party, start out at $150, please be respectful of our property and clean up after yourselves
-No pets of any kind in the room unless given permission
-Flush only toilet paper in our toilets. Even the "flushable wipes" should not be used
-Unapproved late check outs will incur a $30/per hour charge
-Travel insurance recommended. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather
