Large Los Angeles Home with Views of DTLA: Sleeps 8, 2x FULL KITCHENS! This home accommodates up to 8 guests and features 2 fully equipped kitchens, making it ideal for large groups or multiple families, each with their own entrance. With ample comfortable living areas, king and queen-size beds, working desks, a large backyard with a 4-hole putting green, and a full-sized bonfire, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with amazing views and 13 min. away from DTLA.
There are several important things to note before booking:
PET FRIENDLY, there is a Pet Fee of $100 per stay. Max 2 pets per stay.
NO PARTIES are allowed on the property.
Please respect our neighbors and keep your noise at a reasonable level.
If there is party discovered you will be a subject to a $500 fine.
NO SMOKING.
We have a strict NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $450 penalty. YOU CAN SMOKE OUTSIDE
PRIVACY & SECURITY. The house is quiet and secure, with a tall gate, digital locks, tall trees and tall wood fencing to ensure privacy.
