Home is in one of the most historic, centrally located and established residential neighborhood of the Inner Harbor -The community of Otterbein. The neighborhood is at the heart of Baltimore Inner Harbor's Renaissance Movement, and close to everything that is Inner Harbor and Downtown Baltimore. In the small neighborhood you will find streets and alleys labeled "Homesteader" to remind us and honor the many that contributed greatly to make Baltimore's Inner Harbor what it is today. It has also been the home of many government officials, artists, writers and celebrities; one of which was former Maryland Governor and 2016 Presidential Candidate, Martin O'Malley.
ON THE APARTMENT:
Our home is a 1,100 square feet second floor corner 2 Bedroom 2 Baths apartment with recently installed (February 2017) beautiful recycled wood laminate floors throughout the apartment; except in the kitchen, and bathrooms where imported Italian porcelain/marble tiles, and green surf style granite counter-tops were installed.
We lived in Japan for a while and fell in love with their no-shoes in the home custom. Therefore, our home is a "no-shoes" environment to help you leave the dirt and stress of the streets, the travel and the day by the front door & "Breathe/Relax". Slippers in different sizes are provided for you at the entrance of the apartment for your enjoyment and relaxation while staying with us.

GETTING AROUND:
Walking is our favorite mode of transportation and the reason we love our home's location - You can walk everywhere on the Inner Harbor/Downtown from here.
Half a block from the apartment and right in front of the Camden Yards Baseball Stadium you will find Maryland Marc Trains to Washington DC (weekday service/check schedules) and $1.90 direct Light Rail service to BWI Airport and Baltimore Amtrak Station.
In addition, Baltimore's free inner harbor/downtown shuttle: the Charm City Circulator stops in front and in the back of the Hyatt Hotel which is 1 block from the apartment. For more information on the circulator check their site
Uber or other ride services are readily available for your use thru their mobile apps.

With my confirmation of a reservation at this home, I agree that I am personally responsible for my safety and actions while staying at this home.
I agree to comply at all times with all CDC Cleanliness guidelines in my own personal space and all shared spaces, and follow any other COVID19 cleanliness/social distancing guidelines by City of Baltimore, the Homeowners association and the State of Maryland.
Because I am staying at a home that has been rented to other guests in the past, I recognize that I am at higher risk of contracting COVID-19. With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, for myself and on behalf of my family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the home owner, home owner spouse, partner, family and friends, roommate, hosts, co-hosts, cleaning crew, cleaning workers, building maintenance, neighbors, home association, home association board members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party using/visiting the home, or otherwise, while residing in, and participating in any activity while in, on, or around the home and/or while using any other complex facilities, tools, equipment, or materials.
2. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the Released Parties due to bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to my use of the home, facilities, furniture, equipment, or materials, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise specifically related to COVID-19.
3. By confirming this reservation I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed, including without limitation the Release of Liability and Indemnification requirements contained in this document; I am sufficiently informed about the risks involved in using the home to decide whether to sign this document; no oral representation, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this document for full, adequate, and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same. I agree that this Wavier of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with State of Maryland law, and that if any of the provisions hereof are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Wavier of Liability as a whole. This waiver remains in effect until the United States of America, the CDC, the State of Maryland, the city of Baltimore and the Homeowners Association lift all COVID-19 related mandates.
If you or any of the other guests staying with you at this property do not understand any parts of the release of liability agreements included here, you will need to let us know within 24 hours of your reservation.
In addition to the COVID19 Release of Liability above, the owners and hosts of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property.
All Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners and hosts harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, the content (including, but not limited to appliances, furniture, whirlpool jacuzzy bathtub, all electronics, fireplace, all exercise equipment), the property's parking - Including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
