About this property

Well-Located 2 Bedroom Midcentury Ranch with Charm in Augusta, GA

Located about 3 miles from the first hole at Augusta National, this midcentury modest ranch home is the perfect place to crash after a long day at the Masters Golf Tournament. We can comfortably accommodate up to seven individuals with 2 full bathrooms and lots of couch space. We have a fully-outfitted kitchen and laundry room. Our yard was given the Hurricane Helene treatment, but it is private with some seating. Come enjoy our homey midcentury abode!

This cute, midcentury modest home sits in the quiet Westwick neighborhood of Augusta about 3 miles from hole 1 at Augusta National, and 2 miles from Surrey Center, which has cute shops, great food, and lively bars. We offer keyless entry and contactless check-in.

This home is a 2 bedroom house with 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. The front bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, a dresser, and hanging space in the closet. In the master bedroom, there is a king-sized bed, closet space, a dresser, and a modest en suite bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink). Off the master bedroom is a den with a comfortable pull-out bed (full). There is a second full bathroom in the hall (toilet, shower, bathtub, sink).

We have an eat-in kitchen equipped with most appliances, which are free to use. The kitchen has a dining table that seats up to six and a bar that seats three.

As mentioned in the listing, our backyard was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. It's a work in progress, but there is an electric pellet grill and some seating out there. It's fully fenced in with privacy fencing.

What truly makes our home ours, is our library. We are avid readers, and while you're in our home, feel free to read any of the many books we have on our shelves.

I will be in town if you need anything! This is our first time hosting, so please let us know how we can make your stay better.
