Birds-eye maple floors, cherry cabinets, and a premium gas range provide for great meals. One bedroom with a queen bed is on the first floor. The master bedroom is on the second floor. Fully furnished, including kitchenware and washer and dryer. Loft space with office setup, and a sunroom for relaxing. Outside, berry bushes, raised beds for veggies perennial flower gardens bloom. Solar panels provide the house's energy needs & charging for your EV. This is place for rest, renewal, connection & shared meals with fam & friends in nature close to state park for bike/hike trails & ocean for swimming/boating. It's a chem free/ smoke free/pet free home place.
