Beautiful ranch in Avare, on the banks of Jurumirim Dam, the best point of the dam. Story house with a balcony, 4 bedrooms, 2 suites. Living room and dining room, large kitchen and pantry.
Beautiful garden, swimming pool overlooking the dam and barbecue. 'Cottage with wood stove, bar and breakfast room. Ramp with crane and pier. Orchard with various fruit trees and vegetable garden with various vegetables. The farmhouse is 15 minutes from the town of Avaré and 400 m from the Hotel Berro D'Água and the Marina, where you can take boat trips and jet ski rentals.
