Enjoy a charming 1-bedroom guest room in an award wining home in a lovely and quiet suburb of Sacramento. I average 4.9 reviews our of 203 on Airbnb. The guest room is entirely self contained, you have your own private entrance to this neat and very clean 2 year old mini suite with new full bath and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, Keureg, and Microwave, The dining table and 2 chairs act as work station. The guest room features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. All linens are washed using allergy free detergents.
The room has lots of natural lighting including a skylight, and high windows. You’ll enjoy the convenience of hi speed WiFi, and a modern mini split for fabulous heating and cooling comfort,
Within a half mile are: Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Sprouts Market, and international dining. Within 1 mile are Kaiser hospital and emergency and 2 separate theater complexes. Cal Expo State Fair is about 1 mile.
There is a quiet nature park just a short walk half block away.

My neighborhood is an established, quiet, community filled with conveniences, including Cal Expo, international restaurants, shopping and theater, and is Freeway close to everything in the Sacramento region.

What makes this property unique

My home won the 1952 National builder's award for its unique layout, and was featured in Parent's Magazine that February. It has beamed ceilings and is unbelievably comfortable.
