✔ Parties & Noise: Strictly no parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

✔ Parking: Driveway parking is available. Street and lawn parking are not permitted.

✔ Pets: Pets are welcome! Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring one.

✔ TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs, allowing you to log into your favorite streaming services.

✔ Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost items or package deliveries after check-out.

✔ Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras are monitored by a professional security service for guest and property safety.

Maintenance & Housekeeping
✔ Landscaping: Weekly service is scheduled, typically on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.

✔ Garbage Collection:
Trash pickup occurs Tuesdays & Fridays. Bins are provided on the side of the house. If you're around on collection days, kindly place the bins at the front of the driveway and return them afterward. Otherwise, our cleaning team will handle it after your departure.

✔ No Parties: This is a NO PARTY home. Unauthorized gatherings will not be tolerated.

✔ Smoking: Outdoor smoking only. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly—do not leave them in the yard.
