If you are looking for a condo great for families and away from the busy downtown area but still offers a lot within walking distance, this is it! 1 block to the beach, 1/2 block to Dealy Park, 1 1/2 blocks to bay!!! As soon as you walk through the private rear entrance, you will be astounded by the spacious layout that this condo offers. Welcoming and open living area with cathedral ceilings,wall mounted flat screen TV and warm hardwood floors throughout. In your main area is a dining table and extra seating at the counter. A perfect area for entertaining! This condo features three bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has a private full bathroom. Two guest bedrooms, one with direct deck access. The bedroom off the deck has pyramid bed twin over full bed! The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. All rooms have TV there are 4 TVs total. 1 TV has DVD and the other has Blu-ray with WiFi for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Main bathroom is located in the hall between the guest bedrooms and also has a stack washer and dryer. Updated bathrooms with new vanities and faucets. One parking spots in rear of property. Great value for this part of Sea Isle City! Our beach home is suited for families. From mid-June through Labor Day weekend, we accept only Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals. Fall weekend rentals are enjoyable for seasonal
We are not able to accept group rentals, senior week rentals due to homeowner's association guidelines.

Fantastic condo

Had a great time. The location was perfect with being near to a playground for my kids and the beach, shopping/ dining. The owners were very responsive to any and all my questions. Would definitely rent from them again!

Great condo, great location

The condo is nice and in a great location, close to the beach. There is ample seating for watching tv or dining. The kitchen has everything you need and check in was simple. The bedrooms were great and the neighborhood was quiet at night. I highly recommend staying here. We had a really nice stay.

Cozy and comfortable location; convenient to beach, stores, and restaurants. The dedicated parking spot (off-street) might be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle (minivan).

Close to beach, very comfortable!

Our family enjoyed a long weekend getaway at this charming condo, just a short walk to the beach. Easy access, comfortable accommodations, very updated with TVs in every room, and everything you could need right here. We spent most of the weekend on the beach, biking, or getting take out (highly recommend Marianne bakery and A Modo Mio). There were beach tags, a cart, chairs and a few kids toys here for us. CJ and his family were excellent hosts and very responsive leading up to the vacation. We would highly recommend this condo - it has all a small family needs for a short vacation down the shore. Thank you!

Great place!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in September. The place was very clean and nice. The area was quiet and parking was fine. I had emailed the owners about a couple of things and they were so nice and responsive. The place was in the perfect location for us, a block and a half from the beach. We stayed during the off season but even in season it would have been nice. There was plenty of street parking. The Acme and CVS are within walking distance. There was breakfast, lunch, and dinner options within walking distance as well. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Polar Bear Plunge 2020

We stayed here for Polar Bear Plunge weekend and it was perfect! The location is great, the unit was clean and comfortable, and checking in and out was a breeze. We could not have asked for more! Great Family Vacation Rental

This is a very clean, modern rental on 60th Street in Sea Isle. We enjoyed our stay and the unit's 3 bedrooms had enough space for our family (2 adults, 2 teens). The living area and kitchen are very nice and comfortable - meeting all of our needs. There's extra bed space in two of the bedrooms. This is a second-floor unit but that was a bonus for us. The rental overall is nicely decorated and there were plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen to eat-in some nights. The location is 1-2 blocks to the beach. The jitney service picks up at the corner and is very convenient to reach town. We'd definitely recommend this to others.
