Why they chose this property
The house resides in The Presidents Section and is part of the MBPOA who owns the undeveloped oceans front property in front of our home. This allows for access to the private beach directly across the street.
What makes this property unique
The beach across the street is only accessible to the surrounding homes which keeps it free of crowds. The town of Montauk is only 1 mile away.
