Location. Location. Location! We are right off of Atlantic Ave. 1 mile west of I95, 2 miles from Downtown, and 4 miles from our famous public beach!
What makes this property unique
I love Seagate Golf Club at Hamlet because it has over 10 miles of private roads where you can bike or walk and have a front-row seat to the amazing Florida wildlife. We have a gorgeous variety of birds, iguanas, and tropical plants. It's so fun to wave to the neighbors as they drive their golf carts around. I also enjoy the privacy and security of our community!
