Three-bedroom condo rental in Osage Beach, MO at Parkview Bay. Occupancy 7
Condo 331 is a premier 3rd floor condo at Parkview Bay! New living area furniture with flat screen TV. Free WIFI! Very comfortable condo on 3rd floor with deck that overlooks the lake and state park across the water. Condo includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, gas grill on deck, gas fireplace, and many extras featuring the new furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin. This is a very nicely decorated condo with a great deck with a grill making it very comfortable to have dinner on the deck or just to sit out in the evenings. The condo sits very close to the lake and has fantastic view of the lake and pool. One of the three lakefront pools is adjacent to the building. A laundry room with washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo. The deck features a gas grill and 2 tables and chairs. Dining table has 6 chairs and pub table seats 2. We also offer several other condos that we advertise on VRBO in the same complex for rent so if you have a larger group or family and would all like to be close together! Parkview Bay is located lakefront, and this building sits about 20 feet from the edge of the water. We allow fishing on all docks and off sea wall. We are also only one mile from the outlet mall in Osage Beach! And Dierberg's grocery is less than a mile away! Owner has recently updated with new furniture and newer carpet. Internet WIFI available in condo.

Why they chose this property
The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat
rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute
drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
