This beautifully decorated Studio condo unit features 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sleeper Sofa (sleeps up to 4 comfortably), a private balcony, LCD TVs, a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, and a kitchen table with upscale furnishings and decor in both the kitchen and bathroom giving it a modern touch. This condo has breathtaking views from both the balcony and the main living area. It is tastefully decorated to provide you with the flair of the beach and allow you the enjoyment of the ocean view from your balcony. The bedroom features one queen; for additional sleeping space, a sleeper sofa is in the living room. This 9th-floor unit provides fantastic views of the beach and the city. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, and a small island table to enjoy meals in your condo. The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, indoor water amenities like a pool, kiddie pools, jacuzzi, a fitness room, and attached onsite parking (no crossing the street!).

I am local to the Myrtle Beach area, prior to moving here I vacationed in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. I love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel! I have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and I want your experience to be perfect. Why they chose this property
We just loved the ocean view from this condo the first time we visited! Our young child enjoys the pools and beach area!

On November 21st, the resort will conduct a structural evaluation of the balcony single door, side lights, door frame, door slab, sealants, and concrete deck slope. This will involve 5 teams working through the building, completing the evaluations in one day.
