Boston born-and-raised. I work the "numbers racket" during the day working in finance, but I used to "play" Army (spent 8 years in special operations).
I believe in spaces and places that provide restorative calm, allowing people to enjoy "being in the middle of it, while away from it all."

Why they chose this property
Sunapee and New London are tranquil by design. The area is distinct in its offering as compared to the more "lively" lakes to the East, and that probably is why you're looking "here" vs. "there."
What makes this property unique
Quintessentially New Hampshire: you can enjoy all of what the Granite State is intended to offer - lake life, skiing/snowboarding, mountain climbs, hikes, golf, and great eats/brew - all within a stone's throw from the front door.
