Why they chose this property

Burl Lane is not a through fair, it is a single block of houses and duplexes with access to the interstate close by. It is two blocks away from Cherry Hill dog park/BMX bike track/frisbee golf/sledding Hill/fire station.

CDA lake : take a right on 15th St. to head toward Coeur d'Alene lake and downtown less than 2 miles away.

Bald Eagles viewing: take a right on 15th St. (about 1 mile to ) take a left on Sherman Avenue (about 10 blocks to), take a right on Coeur d'Alene Lake Drive and head out to Higgins point to view bald eagle.
