The Waterwheel Penthouse is a relaxing home away from home.
An open floor-plan make it perfect for travelers in search of extra space to stretch out and relax.
Located, minutes from multiple restaurants and pubs.
The Bungalow is connected to a primary residence via an open carport. So unlike an apartment, condo, or hotel, there are no adjoining walls to be concerned about.
You're gonna love it.

This is your home away from home, so relax and enjoy the stay.
Parking is designated, so no worries there.
There are two, private entrances. The primary one is from the carport, and the other is adjacent to the garden.
Feel free to explore the garden. If you have a green thumb, there is no harm in contributing to the flowerbeds.
The primary residence, connected via the carport, is actively occupied, so don't be surprised if you happen to see children playing in the yard during the day.

A host, or host representative, will be nearby throughout the day to assist with questions or concerns. Evenings are best for socializing.
Email or texting is effective for non-pressing issues.
If immediate assistance is needed, please don't hesitate to text or call.
Located in a quiet, secure neighborhood, within walking distance of lots of restaurants, 2 supermarkets, 2 malls, a gym, a coffee shop, the post office... and lots of other interesting places.
It's challenging to get more convenient.

With a CAR:
It's the easiest and quickest means to get around Juneau, with most establishments having ample parking. The biggest challenge is probably parking downtown.
PARKING at The Bungalow:
It's easy. Immediately upon turning into the driveway, park adjacent to the first building on the left (it's The Bungalow). When you walk into the carport, the back entrance to The Bungalow will be immediately on your left.
On a BICYCLE:
Juneau is getting more and more bike-friendly. Bikes are available to rent, and bike paths down the street will get you to lots of interesting places in the immediate area, including the Mendenhall River, Lake and Glacier.
WALKING:
Walking can get you many places a bike won't, especially when it comes to hiking the multitude of trails in the area.
Whether you are walking, riding a bike, or cruising a car, get out and explore Juneau. There is a ton to see and do.
