A proprietária é uma pessoa diferenciada. Super atenciosa e muito disponível. É como se eu mesmo tivesse um apto em Itanhaém para ir com a família. De frente para o mar, piscina gostosa, condomínio sério com bom controle e uma churrasqueira perfeita. É o ideal para uma família de 3 a 5 pessoas, com um ritmo mais normal, sem muita bagunça.

Boa opção para fim de semana em Itanhaém. Ficamos um pouco sem contato com o administrador durante a estadia, mas acredito que por ser fim de semana. Nada que impactasse negativamente.

Ficamos uma semana no Resort. O apartamento é uma graça, super equipado e aconchegante. A vista é linda, da varanda gourmet conseguíamos ver a piscina do prédio e a praia. O condomínio é muito bacana, bonito e arrumado. Adoramos! Foi muito tranquila nossa estadia e a Liliam foi sempre muito gentil ao tirar nossas dúvidas! Super recomendo!

O apartamento da Liliam e do Sr João é lindo, localizado num lugar maravilhoso e já queremos voltar!!!! Os pais da Liliam (Sr João e Dona Zilda) nos deixaram muito a vontade. O Resort é ótimo para família com crianças ou mesmo sem. Ótimo para casais para relaxar e muuuuito pertinho do mar! A Vista é linda!! É perto também de mercados grandes, farmácia, padaria, feirinha... Os funcionários do Resort são muito atenciosos e educados. Eu e minha família gostaríamos de agradecer novamente e com certeza voltarmos!!!

Maravilhoso

Viemos para Itanhaem a trabalho e ficamos hospedados no imóvel por pouco mais de 30 dias. O apartamento é novo, muito bem mobiliado e equipado, com tudo o que se pode precisar no dia a dia. A localização é perfeita, com vista para o mar e próxima ao centro, mercados, restaurantes, etc. O prédio possui ótima infraestrutura, segurança e funcionários muito prestativos. A Liliam e o sr. João nos receberam muito bem, foram muito atenciosos e solícitos, do início ao fim de nossa estadia. Recomendo!
