Welcome to "The Heart of Pacific Beach"! This is a beautiful, large home with views of Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. Located about a mile from both the beach and bay, it’s a quick bike or scooter ride to the water. A quick 10 minute drive to the Gaslamp District in downtown San Diego, 5 minutes to Sea World, and 15 minutes to our world-famous zoo. You will have a beautiful view of the Sea World fireworks and the sunset at night.
