Anna's Home- Your Castle in Sofia

I am happy to offer you a brand new apartment situated in one of the newest and most popular Sofia neighborhoods – Manastirski Livadi West. A luxury and cozy place with southern exposure best for leisure and business travelers, weekend explorers, families with kids and last but not least romantic vacations. You are welcomed for short and long stay where easily you will reach the heart of Sofia. My place is very close to all available public transport stops (bus, tram and trolleybus) where for no more than 15 minutes you will reach the Downtown. In the same building there is Happy Bar and Grill with BHRA prize for best chain restaurant for 2016 as well as a shopping center “Friends’ and a Bank.

The space
My place is modern, bright, and completely new. It is around 70 sq.m. with living space and open kitchen, big enough bathroom, a separate bedroom, a balcony and a closet. In the bedroom you will find a new modern wardrobe, a queen size bed and a bedside cabinet all in the same style and design. At the living space there are two sofas for extra person or two children for FREE. You will benefit from free unlimited Wi-Fi Internet throughout the property, flat screen with cable TV and ironing facilities.
There is a luxury Italian kitchen fully equipped with BOSCH stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine combined with dryer. On your disposal there is an iron, toaster, electric cattle, vacuum cleaner, microwave, hairdryer as well as coffee maker. At my place you will always find clean towels, bed linens, toilet paper, napkins, liquid soap, washing powder and dishwasher powder all for FREE.
If you are visiting me with a child, I can provide you with all kinds of amenities like a travel cot, bouncer, highchair, car seat, baby phone for FREE. Please ask for them prior to arrival.

I believe that fully furnished place with natural wooden floor, modern design plus great location is the best combination for your perfect stay and fill it like your own home!

Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment that includes living space and open fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony and a small closet.
The front door of the building is secure locked with chip. The building has a lift that works with the same front door chip, flat is located on the 5nd floor.
Interaction with guests
I will welcome you at the apartment regardless of your time of arrival. It will be a great pleasure to meet you and assist you as much as I can :) I’m a professional guide for Bulgaria, member of Association of Bulgarian Tour Guides and I will be glad to support you with translation, navigation and trips organization during your stay in Sofia. More over my home is in the same neighborhood and you may contact me in any case. I will be available on my mobile and Viber.
Please, have in mind that the check-out time is 11:00 am and check-in is after 2:00 pm. I'm flexible but please let me know in advance if you want later/earlier check-in/out. It could be possible to leave your luggage in the flat and take it later in the afternoon.
The neighborhood
My apartment is situated in one of the newest and most popular Sofia’s residential areas– Manastirski Livadi West. At your arrival, I will provide you with a city map and give you instructions about everything that you can find in the area.
The area is constantly developing, built primarily from new luxury condominiums and gated communities and provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
It is known as an upper-class district with many shops, restaurants cafeterias, gyms, beauty salons and supermarkets.
In our building there is a shopping center “Friends” with a beauty salon, cloths shops and a well know restaurant Happy Bar and Grill with BHRA prize for best chain restaurant for 2016. Just next to our building is the beginning of another local shopping area with bakery, butcher shop, pizza restaurant, pharmacy, market for fresh fruits and vegetables, fast food, casino and many others. Last but not least one of the best bar and dinner restaurants with garden in Sofia –BESO - is less than a minute walking from my flat.

Getting around
A bus stop of bus # 204 is just in front of the building and it makes a connection with a Metro and then with Terminal 2 of the airport very easy. Moreover, there is a trolley and taxicab stand. All of the public transport will bring you to the city center for approximately 20 minutes.
On the opposite direction, in 5 minutes walk is Bulgaria Mall, where the stop of Tram #7 is. Take it and in 15 minutes you are Downtown again. If you are with a car - just hit Bulgaria Blvd. and you will be Downtown for a few minutes.
Take in mind that taxi service costs 4 euro to downtown and 10 euro to the airport. A ticket for the public transport is 0,80 euro.

Other things to note
A late check out (after 11 am) is possible without any fee in case there are no upcoming guests on the same day.
The apartment can be cleaned during your stay upon request and at an extra charge of 15 EUR.
Every 7th day of your stay the place is cleaned for free.
A bottle of Mineral water, coffee, tea and some snack will be always well come you for FREE.
The place is for non-smokers, but if you want to smoke - you can do it at the balcony (please don't throw down the cigars).
No pets. No parties or events.
Be respectful to the neighbors and don't get noisy after 10 pm.
If you arrive by car, you receive access to the parking places behind the building.
