Located in a country town (ten minutes from Mesquite) surrounded by mountains, you'll have easy access to UTV trails, a fenced area for horses, an RV hookup, and ample parking for recreational trailers. Golfer too can relax in cozy rooms, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, and take in stunning mountain and desert views from the property. Perfect for families or groups seeking outdoor fun and adventure. * Base fee is for 6 guests. $30 per guest per night over six guests and up to the maximum occupancy of ten guests.
YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: This 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults, with seven beds for seven adults to sleep separately. The primary suite features a king bed, attached bath with a standalone shower and jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has three twin beds. An XL twin trifold mattress with linens can be set up anywhere in the home. After a day of adventure, enjoy a restful night’s sleep. All mattresses and pillows are encased with protective covers for your safety. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs, offering streaming options (no local cable unless connected through your apps)."
Bathrooms: The primary ensuite boasts a luxurious standalone shower, a jetted tub, and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with abundant towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, so you can pack light and enjoy a stress-free stay.
Kitchen: If you enjoy preparing meals at home, this is the perfect place to do it. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and some bakeware, so you can easily prep a meal—maybe even let the slow cooker work its magic while you're out exploring for the day! There is also a roasting pan provided for larger gatherings or holidays. With seating for up to 14 guests, you’ll have options at the spacious dining table, a cozy bistro table in the kitchen, and bar seating for two, making it ideal for shared meals.
Living room: Unwind after a day of adventure in the comfortable, spacious living room. With an open-concept layout, the kitchen, dining room, and living room flow seamlessly, allowing everyone to enjoy the space together. Watch your favorite shows on the smart TV or gather around the dining table for a fun family game night. Step through the sliding door to a large patio, where you can relax in outdoor seating enjoying the desert air, and cook dinner on the propane grill.
YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE -
Patio: Step outside and enjoy the spacious outdoor patio with plenty of seating. Fire up the propane BBQ grill for a cookout or simply enjoy the fresh air.
Parking: A 2-car attached garage is available for your use. There is ample parking for your vehicles in the driveway as well as parking for recreational trailers in the gravel to the side of the house.
Fenced Area: We have a 14,000 sq ft fenced area with swinging gate for your horses to get out of the trailer to run and roam.
RV Space: Our property includes a dedicated RV space featuring electric hookups only and plenty of space for a larger RV. $15 per night for usage of hookup, but NO SEWAGE DUMP is available to guests – please inquire.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION –
* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $500 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
*Our home is a No-Smoking property ($500 fine), and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays.
* Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.
*Dogs accepted upon approval - $150 per dog/ for each stay or week. Maximum of two dogs. Dogs only. Please inquire first before booking.
You are free to use every area of the house and outdoor facilities. One cabinet in the garage is locked and reserved for the owner.
We are your co-hosts, J and Amy. We will give your privacy. Should you need us, please reach out on the message feed first. If we have not responded within 10 minutes, please call the provided number. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call right away.
*NO SMOKING/UNAPPROVED PETS - $500 fine if evidence of either. Thank you.
*Grill should be operated and supervised by adults only.
* Sewage dump is NOT available for guests as there are problems with it.
*Please be respectful of neighbors and observe outdoor quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there may be a possible fee of $150.
*Measures have been taken to ensure your safety.
-Fire extinguisher and first aid kid in kitchen.
-Smoke detectors throughout the home. We do not utilize natural gas inside the home.
*Excessive cleaning or linen use may result in additional fees if we are charged extra by housekeeping.
* No Smoking and no unapproved pets (2 dog max) - $500 fine if evidence of either are found.
* Guests are not allowed to use the sewage dump for their RV. $500 fine if evidence of a spill.
*Any guests or belongings brought onto the property outside of the original reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property.
*Guest Limitations - If you have a need for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior approval. Fees may apply. Unregistered guests using or spending time in the property could result in removal of guest from the property.
* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, a fee of $150 may apply.
*Shoes - Please remove your shoes. The asphalt residue in the area is very hard on the flooring, leaving a black dinge.
CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 AM
1) Locate garage door opener and place it on the kitchen counter.
2) Start one load of towels.
3) Load and start the dishwasher.
4) Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view in their respective rooms. Log out of apps signed in.
5) Please set AC/Heater unit to 80 in the summer, and 69 in the winter.
6) Please scrape grill if used and lock doors and windows.
7) A quick message letting J and Amy know you have checked out is very helpful to housekeeping.
8) If dog or horse poop in graveled area, please clean up.
