Large backyard has play structure and lots of room for yard games (some provided, weather permitting). Simple indoor gym space offers a treadmill and floor space, BOSU, stability ball, light free weights, a few boardgames for rainy days.

Boehm Park to the North (outdoor pickleball!) and Edison Park to the South both less than a block away. Lots of restaurants and retail nearby from Fresh Thyme, University Park Mall, chains like Bonefish Grill and Fridays, to local favs like Nick's Patio & the Original Pancake House (classic American diners), India Garden and so much more.

Eight minute drive to Trader Joe's and just a bit further to Rocco's Pizza. Roughly 15 minutes to downtown South Bend. Roughly equidistant to Beacon Hospital and St. Joe Hospital--under 15 minutes.
