Eh… a little disappointed in the cleanliness but location is great.
The property is in a great location, just a few blocks from Main St. The house worked great for two families — we shared the living area but had separate areas for each family, upstairs and bottom floor area. There were several light bulbs out in the house. There was dust, lint and trash stashed behind one of the nightstands downstairs. The shower amenities were mostly empty— maybe one was full in each of the top floor and bottom floor bathroom. The light switches were filthy, we used an antibacterial wipe and cleaned each light switch revealing black gunk. It didn’t seem like cleaniness was top priority for our stay. The dining room and bar stools are extremely wobbly and one more stay away from breaking entirely. Overall— great location to bus stops, lifts and downtown. The items listed above were our only real issues with the stay.

Great location
Our family loved our stay! The location is great for lifts and shuttle services. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space. We loved the bbq option as well. A couple of things to have as a heads up: the dining furniture was wobbly, beds were more firm, and cookware was a bit sparse (cookie sheets would’ve been great to have). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Ski vacation
Good stay, close to slopes. The hot tub was only 88 degrees so couldn't use it the first of two nights. The next day though, the doorbell rang and it was a hot tub service man who apparently comes weekly. We had no idea he was coming, so a little unusual to not be notified that someone would be coming in, however, grateful he showed up!

Great location
We visited Breck with family after Christmas and had a nice stay. Pros: •Great location, just a short walk downhill to the Snowflake lift and Charter Sports (where we rented our ski equipment) and very close to downtown •Responsive property manager who addressed the issues that we had promptly Cons: •The dishwasher needs to be forcefully closed or it will leak. Weird clearance of the dishwasher under counter means you can’t press start button easily—so hit start with door ajar then close it—dishwasher keeps running if stopped mid-cycle •Bunk room basement window would not close properly •Broken dining room chandelier light switch that doesn’t work unless you hold it down •As previous reviewer mentioned the basement was much colder than the upstairs—if thermostat was set so the basement was comfortable, the upstairs level was uncomfortably warm •The floor register in upstairs master could not be closed •The drain hose of the washing machine wasn’t properly seated in the drainage hole in the wall so our first load of laundry caused water to pour onto the floor during the drain cycle (they sent a maintenance man over to mop up the water) •Due to the temperature issues in basement we wanted more blankets and there was only one spare blanket provided—but property manager promptly sent a new one over the next morning We have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this one definitely needs some TLC—great location but missed the mark overall.

Convenient location but the unit could use a few things
We loved the location of this unit because it was easy to walk to Main Street and there were hiking trails close by that you did not have to drive to. The unit itself has a lot of beds for sleeping, so this is also very nice. The private hot tub was a great perk. There are several things that need a little bit of work, including a broken microwave that was a bit inconvenient, but overall it was a good stay. The property manager contact we had was easy to get ahold of and very responsive.

Great location
We stayed for President's Day weekend. We had two families - 4 adults and 5 kids ages 9-4 yrs old. The location is fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to the Beaver Run area (ski rental, ski school, and lifts). The basement has the queen bed, bunk room with three beds, and shared bathroom. The top floor has the king bed with private bath and the loft with a set of bunk beds. The only draw back was that the loft is completely open to the downstairs, so our daughters heard everything on the main floor while they were trying to fall asleep. The third full bath is on the main floor with the living and kitchen. The unit did have some wear and tear, especially in the kitchen, however we had everything we needed.

Family Ski Trip
Our family ski trip was a blast. Our four children from age 25-17 and their significant others had such a great time in this house. Plenty of room for all ten of us. The hot tub was reason I chose this place and it didn't disappoint uther than it only fit 4. But it was wonderful after a day of skiing. The reasons it isn't a 5 star are small, but they added up. Mainly the distance to ski lift wasn't as "short" as described. We had to figure it out the night we got there ourselves by walking around. Instructions on how or where to go to the pool house, lifts, trash, and how to use city bus were not written well or at all. Sleeping was a little difficult. Master had a great matress but street light shinning in and so very hot so the basement people wouldn't freeze. Other beds need better mattresses, and humidifiers would be nice. The good outweighed the bad and we had an amazing trip. Weather was amazing and skiing was great!

Excellent multi-family accommodation
We stayed in this unit with 3 families and were delighted with almost everything. Sleeping accommodations A+, beds were all comfortable, sufficiently stocked with pillows, blankets, extra blankets, etc. Downstairs hot tub bedroom was a little chilly compared to remainder of house, but extra blankets and such made it no real problem. Kitchen situation A+ with only gripe being that it was small, however its completeness (pots, pans, dishes, crock pot, utensils, clean oven/stove, dishwasher, spices, coffee filters, etc.) was a major win. Plenty of nearby room to socialize over the island and such while the "2-butt max" functioning space kitchen was in use. Living room and furniture A, with only bummer being no DVD player and a lightly drafty window that someone previously tried to address with tape. The fireplace was nice and easily offset the window draft. Remaining electronics and Wi-Fi were entirely sufficient. Kids games, toys, crayons, and books was impressive. Couch and chairs were comfortable, the island with stools, and kitchen table with chairs were more than enough for us all to congregate in the mornings and evenings. All 3 bathrooms completely stocked with hotel-esque shampoo and soaps, lots of towels, etc. Gobs of electrical outlets and USB charging, definitely modernized in that regard. Only true complaint was that the jets weren't working in the hot tub. The water was clean and warm, so we still sat in it, just no massaging jets. As others have observed, parking is limited, especially that we had 3 vehicles (a truck, a Tahoe, and a car) to deal with, however it wasn't a terribly busy week, so we made it work. Floors were a little creaky, no surprise for assumed age of unit, only an issue if you have delicate sleeping children. Did not find a humidifier, so we bought a cheap small one and left it behind. While I did nit pick a couple topics, we were genuinely happy with this unit and would not hesitate to stay in it again with as many as 11 people. When packing family trips you never know what all you need to bring (toys, blankets, bath towels, bathroom supplies, detailed cooking supplies, and so on). This place pretty much had it all, including washer/dryer. Wife continually finding things that we didn't need to pack. Heck there were even sleds in the garage! Easy to find, easy to gain access, easy short walk to snowflake lift and/or beaver run area (which was important with kids in ski school).

Great place for a family gathering
We had grown kids and a grandchild with us. Lots to do and lots of space. We enjoyed snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, ice castles, ice sculptures and walking downtown. Every thing is close by. The house had what we needed for cooking and extra towels for the hot tub. Thanks for a great time!

Great location - basic, needs updating
This was a five minute (two block) walk to the Snowflake lift, so very convenient location-wise. Great TV set up in all bedrooms. Overall, the condo was a bit dated and needs updating and a number of repairs. The grill lid was broken. Towel rack in master falling off the wall. Drawers in many chests broken and falling out (dangerous for children). Bannister is loose (also dangerous). Almost every dining chair was wobbly/rickety. The condo also was extremely minimally stocked. Only 6 place settings, so bring cutlery if you have the maximum occupancy. No functional frying pan. Pillows and bedding was worn and cheap. Mattresses were worn out in some bedrooms. On our first day, one of our children cut open his foot on an exposed carpet staple and we found some loose nails that had fallen out of walls in other rooms. With some repairs and updating, this could be a great place.

Great Place, but owner needs focus on basics
Great location, great place, but they failed on the living basics. 1 garbage bag, no dishwasher detergent, only 1 paper towel roll, a hot tub that functions only marginally (no functioning jets), no shampoo for a place that rents for more than $700 a night.

House was great!
The home was great for a weekend ski trip in Breckenridge. The location is amazing, walking distance from main street and downtown Breck and also a short walk away from ski lifts. The rooms are a good size and had plenty of space for 8-10 people.

Nice Place
Great for a family get away or a friend's weekend out. The Place was clean and in decent shape. My 2 criticisms are that the hot tub is broken and wasn't very clean. Garage door opener didn't work either so parking was a slight hassle. 2 minor details in an otherwise a great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Breckenridge! Very spacious for 5 people to stay. Loved that it was a short walk down to the city strip. Wonderful place to stay if you plan on cooking for yourself, the kitchen is fully stocked. The hot tub was really nice, just take the cover off and its ready to go! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Breckenridge!
