3BR Beach House Near Galveston Ferry – 5-Min Walk to Beach
Escape to this 3BR/2BA beach retreat just a 5-min walk to the beach and near the Galveston Ferry. Perfect for families, it features a king bed, queen bed, and a bunk bed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dine outdoors at the patio tables. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of sun or exploring Crystal Beach or Galveston, this home offers comfort and convenience. Ideal for all beach lovers and vacationers!
Guests have full access to the washer and dryer, all bedrooms, and the inviting outdoor spaces.
I’m not available in person, but you can reach me anytime via this channel's messenger, or feel free to call or text if you need anything.
-Maximum occupancy is 9 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING
-No parties or events
-Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
-Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
-If there's any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I'll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
-Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
-Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. This includes chairs, picnic tables and any and all furniture in the house.
-If you go to the beach, please rinse sand under the house. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
-Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
-Do not pour grease down the drains.
-If something is accidentally broken, let me know ASAP. (I understand that accidents occur and things can be broken. If this happens, please contact me so I can replace or repair damaged items. However, if damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at renters’ expense.)
-Please lock doors upon departure.
-If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
-If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
-We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
-Please keep in mind that this is our home and we ask that you respect it as we would respect yours.
-If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
