After a day at the beach or in the fabulous courtyard featuring three swimming pools, 2 hot tubs and separate kiddie pool, enjoy movies on the flat screen TV in the living room or curl up on the queen sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom to listen to the waves.

The master bedroom suite features a queen bed and direct access to a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is a complete efficiency with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin bed and a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave. The 2nd full bathroom offers a walk in shower. Washer and dryer are available for refreshing bathing suits and beach towels. At night, watch the moon rise over the water, and gaze at the stars overhead or enjoy the resort atmosphere the courtyard has to offer! Once you stay here, you'll want to return again year after year.

*Pools are open from April 1st through October 31st, subject to HOA discretion. Due to county requirements and inspection schedules, opening and closing dates cannot be guaranteed. Pool schedule can also not be guaranteed in the event of an unexpected closure out of our control.

* Hot tubs are open year-round.

*2 parking passes, 4 pool/beach RFID access wristbands, and 4 regular(non-RFID) wristbands are provided for your stay.

*No pets are allowed in this vacation rental.

*We utilize a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
