Perched on a mountaintop, High-Skis' Villa is a well-appointed log home that is just minutes from area activities. Within less than 1.5 miles, you will find white water rafting and ski slope access at the Adventure Sports Center as well as Lodestone Golf Course. The spacious interior has an open layout that is highlighted by soaring cathedral ceilings. A wall of windows is the focal point of the great room offering scenic views that change with the seasons. Gather around the floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes. You can swap stories about your day or simply sink into the leather sectional sofa to watch TV. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is well-equipped when you want to make homemade meals. You can gather at the dining table and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar. Also, doors open to the deck when you want to eat outdoors and take advantage of the gas grill. Retreat to the main level primary suite when you need a little quiet time. It has a king bed and a TV, so you will be completely comfortable. You will love having your own private balcony where you can enjoy fresh mountain air and the sounds of nature. Upstairs, the loft gives you extra living space. Grab a seat at one of the pub tables while friends rack 'em up on the pool table. Head to the lower level family room to watch your favorite movie with Surround Sound. The gas fireplace provides a cozy ambiance, and you can keep snacks and drinks handy at the wet bar. Also on the lower level is a primary suite with a queen bed, TV and access to the patio. There are two bedrooms on this floor as well ~ one with a double bed and the other with a duobunk. Each is decorated with a good night's sleep in mind. The exterior has plenty to offer your family from the outdoor fire pit to the hot tub, equipped with a stereo and LED lighting. The screened porch provides will be a popular spot for coffee each morning.

Located in the Highline II community, easy access to the slopes is nearby along with white water rafting at the Adventure Sports Center. You can take a short drive to Wisp Resort's lodge to try snow tubing, the mountain coaster or cross-country skiing. Throughout the rest of the year, Wisp offers a wide variety of activities including golf, ziplines, mountain biking, Segway tours, summer concerts and much more! The convenient location puts you within five to ten-minutes from restaurants, shops, mini golf and the grocery store. Stop by a marina to rent a boat and spend a summer day cruising in the sunshine. Deep Creek Lake State Park is a definite must-do for your itinerary. The sandy beach is a great place to swim, and there are kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals too. Multiple playgrounds will please the little ones in your group! Plus, the park's Discovery Center has lots of kid-friendly exhibits that highlight the area's environment and wildlife. During the fall months, take time to explore miles of hiking trails that lead you through vibrant foliage. *Parking* Parking is not permitted on the road.
