This magnificent home and cottage is surrounded by the waters of the Caribbean sea on 3 sides! The house sits on 5 acres of pristine property on the beach. A long winding driveway takes you to your own special place to enjoy the vacation everyone dreams about. Once inside the home the magnificent breezeway welcomes you with water views everywhere. The Rainbow Beach Cove usually has a sailboat or two like a picture book. Our property has a large tiki hut for shade and entertaining. The house has 3 bedrooms. Ensuite upstairs with a king bed (for an extra fee) and two large bedrooms on the main level onequeen bed, the larger room a king bed also has a twin trundle bed.. All bedrooms have a full bath, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The outside deck is accessible from all sides of the house. Plenty of room to grill and entertain. There is a small pool to relax in or to just cool off. The main attraction is the extensive semi private and rarely used beach and beautiful turquoise waters to enjoy endless hours in.The large kitchen is fully equipped and has Corian countertops and a center island with seating. The breezeway has a very large casual dining table perfect for all meals. All the bedrooms are super comfortable and a nice size. The property is centrally located in the middle of Eleuthera close to Governors Airport. The nearest restaurant and bar "Rainbow Inn" is only a 3 minute drive away and always has the best food and casual atmosphere around. Live music is always a short drive away. Big Rock grocery is near and carries a full supply of groceries and sundries. Airport pickup, car rental, maid service, grocery shopping can all be arranged for an additional fee. Ideal for friends, families, couples who want privacy and exclusivity. WE ALSO OFFER A NEWLY BUILT STUDIO COTTAGE WITH ENCLOSED OUTDOOR SHOWER FOR RENT IF NEED BE BY YOU OR YOUR GUESTS.

If you choose to pay with a credit card please let us know as there is a 3% credit card processing fee that we have to pay to Homeaway and we will pass the fee on to you.

The UPSTAIRS KING ENSUITE can be added for and additional fee of $200 nightly.

Exceeded Expectations

Wonderful property. The natural beauty was so amazing - that was definitely the highlight. But the house was equally as great. Very clean and well laid out - we could not have been more comfortable. I had high expectations after reading reviews. It exceeded my expectations. Hope I get to come back soon.

Our second stay at Sayle Point was just as memorable and relaxing as the first. The access to the beach and the location make this house an oasis. Upgrades to the kitchen appliances didn’t go unnoticed! Only small note would be that the beach chairs and accessories are due for an upgrade. Can’t wait to visit again.

Stunning Views!

Three couples in our 50s stayed for nearly a week at the property. The views were incredible. We loved the private beach area and being able to walk out so far into the ocean! The water was crystal clear and we saw loads of sea life! The listing stated the property was on 5 acres which we took to mean it would be very private, however, they are building another house on the property currently. There was building going on during our stay, and the workers used our outside bath. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re expecting total seclusion, it wasn’t that. The house was great- Main level bed and upstairs bed were both comfortable, the couple in the queen bed on the main level struggled. The kitchen cooking items could use refreshing- restaurants are not close so we cooked at home most of the week and the pots/pans are pretty worn. No baking dishes to be found. Towels could use refreshing as well. We were excited to use the glass bottom kayak shown in the listing- it was not there and the other two kayaks both took on water when used. There were only two small beach chairs to use and 1 was broken, and one of the beach loungers was broken, so we were unable to sit at the beach.There is no shade on the deck- the listing showed a nice sail shade, but it wasn’t there - there is a screened porch but if you want to lay by the pool with some shade, there’s only a small sliver if you scoot up next to the screened porch. Bring bug spray! We were eaten alive even through the repellent.

Saylor Point House was paradise!

Sayle Point House was absolute paradise! The pictures online don’t even compare to the real beauty in person! The home was lovely, the grounds were stunning, it truly couldn’t have been any better! The owners were so accommodating and helpful by answering all my “newby” questions being we had never been to Eleuthera! Can’t recommend this property more! Truly excellent!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

I do not normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so as this property is absolutely amazing in so many ways. Whether you are a couple looking for a quiet, secluded getaway for two, or a family of five that is go go go 24/7, this is where you want to be. Pictures do not do this place justice….the diversity of the ecosystem here is amazing. Communication was an A+ with the owners and caretakers.

Words can’t really describe this beautiful place. The water view is unbelievable ! The house is comfortable with plenty of room. The tiki hut is a fun place to hang out and listen to music. Wish we could have stayed much longer in this paradise! Would definitely live to come back.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed at this property on our first trip to Eleuthera. We did not know much about the area, the location or even the island. However we walked away absolutely in love with everything about it, especially Syale Point. Not to mention the incredible owners who helped us in a pinch. Property is good for kids that are self-sufficient and can swim since the beach and splash pool or within walking distance. Bonus: Runners will love this place! The streets in the neighborhood are safe with very little traffic. It’s easy to get anywhere from 4 to 6 miles in without having to be on a major road. As far as the inside of the property, plenty of rooms for people to be comfortable, no issues with the number of bathrooms and all of the furniture is clean and comfortable. If you do plan the rent the extra unit up stairs, you’ll be happy you did. The views are even better and it’s a nice sanctuary to find some peace and quiet. Now for the location. You will need a car if you plan to rent this property. You’re centrally located and about an hour from the airport. There are towns and restaurants within a couple minutes drive from the property. No problem at all getting around.

Amazing Views

I can't imagine a property with better views on the island. See the water from every door and window. Very well appointed. Couple of brief power and wifi outages, but nothing bothersome. Beach had a fair amount of seaweed a couple of days because of the way the winds were blowing, but we raked a little spot. Enjoyed the kayaks and snorkeled right from the shore. Half day tour with Uncle Rob's was a highlight. Central location on the island, though everything was a bit of a drive, so a good vehicle is a must. AC worked well, though the breeze was so nice we just opened the windows a lot. Didn't have bug problems, again due to the breeze. Screened-in porch was a great addition! I miss the beautiful water already.

Paradise

Sayle Point is wonderful, but more than the house was the amazing views! Created many wonderful memories with family here and never want to forget the color of the water. There was so much to do just on the property- kayaks, snorkeling, swimming. Cozy bonfires and hanging out at the tiki bar at night. The screened in porch saved us a few nights, we could still enjoy the outdoors without being eaten alive by mosquitos. Location is close to grocery store, liquor store, and fun restaurants. You will not regret Sayle Point.

Sayle Point Getaway

We (6 friends) had a great week at Sayle Point. The location and the access to beaches and water was fantastic. The property had great amenities and was a great spot for three couples to spend a holiday. We are already looking for dates to rebook next year.

Perfect Birthday Celebration

Our stay at Sayle Point was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday! The house, grounds, and beach were perfect. The bed was super comfy (slept like a rock the entire time). The house had everything we needed. Joseph was a dream to work with, so helpful and respectful. Even the man who came to clean the pool gave my mom some aloe from the grounds to help with some bug bites. Would definitely come back!!! Thank you for making my birthday so special.

Amazing House

The Sayle Point House is quite amazing, modern and clean. Located on a crystal clear blue beach with beautiful views all around. The house is nicely appointed and has everything you would need including plenty of extra towels, bedding and a stocked kitchen. My son is an avid fisherman, and caught snapper & grouper right in the back yard which we ate for dinner several times. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right off the private beach and cooling off in the pool. The house is ideally located to the north of the island. A 40 minute drive or less in either direction brings you too many of the attractions that Eleuthera has to offer. A 10 minute drive to the south is the small settlement of James Cistern with a small grocery store, liquor store and a few restaurants which we enjoyed daily, particularly Cravings bakery for breakfast. The owners were very gracious and accommodating to our requests and it was very much appreciated! Overall a wonderful house and a great vacation!

We had an amazing time! House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Eat at Daddy Joes! Make the trip and walk to lighthouse beach while you still can before Disney completely takes it over! We took an excursion with Captain Kid and sons wonderful!!!!!!

Stunning beach & waterfront property

We absolutely loved our stay at Sayle Point house in Eleuthera Bahamas! The pics online were amazing, but I can assure you it is even more beautiful in person. Incredibly private and relaxing location. Fantastic views and such a great location to snorkel, lounge in the beautiful water, hike the connected island or just relax in the seaside hammocks! The beach has a great Tiki hut, the pool was a great place to cool off as well. The island was easy to navigate - we thought roads were in good shape and having a rental Jeep made it really fun to explore all the beaches … which you have almost to yourselves regardless of where you go! No street lights and very few signs, but Waze works to help navigate the island. Food is a bit expensive around the little seaside shacks, but worth it for fresh fish, conch and lobster daily. Plenty of nearby little markets for soda, water and dry goods. We’ll be back for sure to visit and bring Family …. Would suggest freezing and bringing any meat you might want to grill. Otherwise this is one of the best locations we have ever stayed. The house is fully equipped with anything you need and best of all is just private luxury!! Thanks so much to the owners for sharing this location!
